Are Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash the Same Thing?
No! Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are two different blockchains and are NOT interchangeable or interoperable. Please ensure you select the correct cryptocurrency, as coins sent to the wrong blockchain are irretrievable and your order will not be processed.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
For most states, it takes 5-7 business days. For WA, NT, and TAS, allow up to 10 business days.

When Do You Send Orders?
Orders are shipped at various stages throughout the week. Exact shipping details will not be disclosed for security reasons.

How Can I Track My Order?
Tracking will not be provided until 10 days AFTER you receive your “Order Complete” email (which means it has been posted). This is to maintain security. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, you may contact us for tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may not appear until the package reaches the delivery center.

We guarantee delivery and will reship any lost orders after 18 days have passed since the order was marked as complete. However, if tracking confirms the parcel as delivered, our obligation is met, and no reships will be offered.

Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges?
No, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after ordering. Exchanges are also not accepted due to security concerns.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payments via Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Litecoin, and Monero. Other payment methods, including bank transfers or cardless cash, are not accepted.

I Slightly Underpaid My Order. Can It Still Be Sent?
Yes, but your order may show as canceled. Please check your email and contact us with your order ID and a screenshot or transaction ID of your payment. If an underpayment has occurred, you will need to send the difference. Be mindful of transaction fees, as these can sometimes cause an underpayment.

Do You Accept Any Payment Methods Other Than Crypto?
No, only the cryptocurrencies listed above are accepted.
